community survey...

Last week to complete our 2011 community survey.  Instructions below.  The survey closes this Friday 10th June.  Thanks to those that have responded.

1. Go to the school website - www.otautau.school.nz 2. Click on the pencil in the left hand column. 3. Answer the questions and click submit. Done!

If you don't have a suitable internet connection then you have two options

1. Ring Julie in the office and ask for a paper version to be sent home.

2. Come into the office and we will provide you with laptop and coffee, you can complete the survey in the staffroom.
